2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If services have been fully rendered as per the service agreement or package purchased.
  • For delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback.
  • If dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after the services were provided as described (for example, not achieving personal or subjective SEO goals outside of the agreed-upon deliverables).
  • For partial completion of services, where Rankprose has already started working on the SEO project.

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If a refund cannot be processed via the original method, an alternative refund method may be offered.
